Shows homes are a tough business.  It pushes you professionally in ways you aren’t expecting.  Creatively speaking, it is important to have a mutual respect for one another’s individual roles and contributions.  When the team is in sync it is simply amazing what you can collectively can accomplish moving in the same direction. I have had the pleasure of being on teams like this for both client projects and show homes. Professionally for me, there isn’t a better feeling than when a project like this comes to fruition. When finished, each member of the team marvels at what they were able to accomplish with so much synergy.

In contrast, when the team isn’t in sync just the opposite can happen.  With excessive operational and creative differences, even a talented cast of professionals can ultimately decide that moving in separate directions is the best next step for the project.

That is the easiest way to tell you the story.

After tirelessly working for three months selecting and rendering drawings for hardwood floors, tile, granite, marble, quartz, interior and exterior doors, stone, plumbing fixtures and  lighting, Angela Todd Designs is parting ways with the Cascade Splendor project.   We are very proud of the quality of work we put into this home.  We look forward to you seeing our contribution this August at the 2011 NW Natural Street of Dreams, and look forward to your feedback about the home.  Don’t forget to vote!
